NEMbilhandel.dk is a Danish platform designed to facilitate secure and straightforward private car transactions.
In this project, I focused on enhancing the user experience and visual appeal of NEMbilhandel.dk. My primary responsibilities included:
•Flow Optimization: Streamlined the user journey to facilitate easier navigation and quicker access to essential features, improving overall site usability.
•UX Improvement: Conducted user research to identify pain points and implemented design solutions that address user needs, resulting in a more intuitive and engaging experience.
•Visual Design: Developed a cohesive visual identity, including a refreshed color scheme, typography, and imagery, to create a modern and trustworthy aesthetic.
Optimized for mobile
A lot of effort and thought was put into ensuring that alle webpages was a seamless experience of going from desktop to mobile. It should not only work on mobile – it should be at least an equally good browsing experience.
A guided experience
For NEMbilhandel.dk, I focused on crafting a user-friendly experience by mapping out the user journey in detail. This approach allowed us to design a streamlined flow where users are intuitively guided through each step of the car transaction process, enhancing ease of navigation and engagement. By aligning the design with user needs, we created an experience that feels both seamless and supportive.
